Some suggestions based on the results of this study are as the followings. Firstly, continuous leadership training for vocational rehabilitation facilities is needed and the curriculum needs to have content of servant leadership because type of leadership in vocational rehabilitation facilities is a changing factor which influence on management performance. Second, speciality qualification code in vocational rehabilitation facilities needs to be diversified in order to improve management performance. It would be better off diversifying specialty of business administration or psychology rather than limiting social welfare or vocational rehabilitation.
